We introduced JJ to the lake this summer. He's enjoyed a couple of romps in the water so far. He also likes to play in the sand, which is kind of funny considering that most of the time, he doesn't really care to get dirty. But, I guess that if you're at the beach, playing in the sand is just what you do. So, when in Rome, do as the Romans do. And he gets dirty! It's all in good fun...
He also enjoyed getting the opportunity to meet Spongebob and Patrick. They became fast friends and Mommy got to take some fun pictures! Some kids get scared of these costumed creatures, but he seems to think they are just big stuffed animals and is quick to give out the hugs. I'm not really sure he even knows, or cares who they are. All he knows is that they are big, soft, and cuddly!
